The AL-3058 combines a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine, and Half Rack to give you all the tools for a complete strength workout. 

The AL-3058 is a multifunctional machine ideal for increasing strength, improving athletic movements, and building muscle mass. It features a dual plate-loaded adjustable pulley system, a half rack with safety spotters, smith machine, landmine and a multi-grip pull-up bar to keep you challenged.

Functional Trainers allow you to have complete freedom of movement in any direction or plane while performing resistance exercises. You can mimic athletic movements such as a golf swing or isolate specific muscles with single joint movements.

Smith Machines allow you to perform barbell exercises in a fixed vertical plane which makes the exercises easier and safer. Ideal for improving foundational barbell movements and building muscle with a lower risk of injury.

Featuring a set of adjustable safety spotters, built-in plate storage and a landmine attachment, you can take your barbell training to the next level with the AL-3058.

Smith machine

Needs to be pre-lubed a lot better. All poles were bone dry and the cables moved so gritty. There were a few pieces that were not needed or used once and the instructions were not great. Needed to use words or numbers, not just small photos. Not a bad machine but the attachments are pretty cheap and don’t stay in place. Have to buy all new ones

Quality Rack

Overall the unit is pretty good. Everything operates smoothly and the unit is very sturdy. The assembly isn't too difficult. The order of the instructions though, could be redone.

Near the end of the build, you have to put the counter weights for the smith bar inside the tubes of the main frame. If I didn't have removable ceiling tiles, I would of had to disassemble part of the rack to get them in. So do yourself a favour and insert the counter weights with the cables attached before you stand the frame up and start assembly.
