COVID-19 Protocols

We are continuing to offer curbside pickup, local delivery in the Greater Toronto Area, and shipping across the country. We will continue to monitor and adhere to public health advice to ensure the safety of our customers, community and our employees.

We are asking customers to adhere to the following protocols when picking up an order:

- Schedule your pickup time and send us an email if you will be running late

- Please stay in your vehicle until one of our staff are ready to assist you

- Practice social distancing by maintaining a minimum of 2 metres from other customers and staff

- Wear a face covering that covers your nose and mouth

Shipping policy

We ship to locations across Canada. For orders within the Greater Toronto Area, local delivery options are also available.

We offer standard shipping options with major carriers including FedEx, CanadaPost, UPS, and Purolator. For the most accurate shipping estimate, please input your shipping address in the checkout and proceed to the shipping page. For oversized items exceeding 150 lbs (treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines) please email us at info@northernfitness.ca for a custom shipping estimate. If you are located in the Greater Toronto Area, then you are within our service network for local delivery.

Due to the high volume of orders, our current processing time is 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be made available to you after your order has been processed.

After your item has shipped, the shipping carrier will have the most up to date information regarding your shipment. Please note that during the peak-season, many major carriers are backlogged and may face further delays.

Local deliveries are fulfilled by the Northern Fitness delivery team. We offer curbside drop offs and white glove delivery & installation services. To select local delivery, please select Ship in the checkout and Local Delivery when presented the various shipping options. Once your order has been completed, our delivery manager will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a delivery time.

Returns and exchanges

The Northern Fitness return policy only applies to in-home items that are regularly stocked. It does not apply to items that are custom ordered and does not apply to products purchased for commercial applications.

Please note that all cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.

The 30 day period for the return and refund policy starts from the day that your items are picked up or received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the manufacturer packaging and in the same condition that you received it in. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

To return your product, please ship your product to: 1333 Boundary Road Unit 10, Oshawa, ON, L1J 6Z7.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on location, please account for shipping time for refund processing as we will need to receive and verify the product before finalizing your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

Orders

We offer pre-orders on select items that are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive on incoming shipments. Estimated arrival dates will be listed on product pages, however, please note that they may be subject to further shipping delays. We offer full refunds on all pre-order items if there are any unanticipated shipping delays.

Our processing time for orders is 1-2 business days so please allow some time for shipping and delivery updates to be posted on your order confirmation page. If your order has been placed more than 2 days ago and you have still not received an update, please send us an email at info@northernfitness.ca.

Our pickup location is 4 Cannon Court - Loading Dock # 3 in Whitby. Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before visiting our warehouse. Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, AliPay and Northern Fitness Gift Cards.
