7 Position Adjustable Bench

The assembly instructions were horrible, but the bench itself is good value for the money.

This is a good starter bench. Note that there is a gap between the seat and the back pad. For smaller people, like a small teenager, this may be noticeable in the horizontal position. Thank you Northern Fitness

Well built, nice and sturdy and is comfortable. Very affordable at this price point compared to other FID Benches.

Seat wobbles a bit at the adjustment point, otherwise solid!

This bench is fantastic for someone such as myself. It is a FID bench. It is fairly stable. The only faults it has is that the plywood is a bit thin and may not accommodate larger lifters (I am only 160 lbs).

The assembly is a bit confusing when you first receive this item, as it is a one-pager and I was having some difficulty in figuring out the bolt sizes, but they are basically measured in mm so after solving that mystery it went together fairly well.
