As advertised

The system works as advertised. It works smoothly and provides lots of options for cable exercises. The cables seem to be sized to work well with a 90 inch or taller rack. My squat rack is 73 inches tall so the length of the cables doesn’t work perfectly. This isn’t a criticism more just advice for those that don’t have a full height squat rack. When the two cables are connected together the junction point won’t fit through the pulley and therefore won’t permit a full range of movement for either lat pull downs or seated rows. I have had to hybridize the movements. Overall, I still find this has been a useful addition to my home gym.
