Great piece of equipment for everyday workouts.

I have truly enjoyed my new machine over the past few months. Its functionality, with the right attachments, allows me to work out almost all body parts. It’s a sturdy piece of equipment, with one exception. The poles that hold the weights, on one side of my machine, they are very lose even after disassembling that side and doing it over again. This often creates a noise when the weights are being pulled up and down on the pulley system. Twisting the pole, myself, sometimes helps, but the noise comes back daily. Outside of this, everything else is great. I’d recommend it 100%.

Great piece of equipment. Had it since April of 2025 and have had ZERO issues with it. I got the Max and I highly recommend. You are able to do a full body workout with this machine. Very sturdy, the cables are smooth, and it’s heavy duty.

Just bought the REP Arcadia Max and it lives up to the hype. For reference, I'm 50 years old and in decent shape. The standard weight stacks are plenty for me. Assembly took ~ 3 hours and was done by my wife and I. I only needed her help affixing the initial pegboard to the two side towers and getting the pull up bar attached. The rest was assembled on my own. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Packaging was very well done and I had zero damage to any pieces and all components were there. A nice touch is that the hardware comes in multiple sealed packages which correspond nicely with the assembly steps. I did not put the shrouds on the machine as I don't really see any danger using the machine without them and I think it would be more difficult to lubricate the guide rods with them on. A few very minor complaints. The straps which come with the machine are high quality and very robust, but IMO a little too robust. I prefer a more comfortable set of handles. But accessory packages on Amazon are easy to find and very affordable. Pleased with the set I bought and they work perfectly. I also wish that the pegboard attachments came with some single rod pegs (all are U-shaped double rod) as the included attachments are too wide for some items to hang on. absolutely blown away by this unit. pictures and videos do not do this thing justice! its an absolute unit of equipment. its very smooth and easy to assemble! the directions are very straight forward! im very happy with this purchase along my pr 5000 i was able to cancel mine and wifes gym memberships! if you have the space and money for this, i highly recommend this! the best part is never waiting to do Bayesian curls!

The best Functional Trainer I have ever used.
I have had the Rep Arcadia Max for a year and half and it is amazing. I have used tons of different functional-trainers. Ones that cost 3 or 4 times what the Arcadia Max cost does and is by far smoother and feels like it is made of a higher or equal level of quality. BY FAR IT DESERVES A FIVE STAR REVIEW. You cannot go wrong with making this purchase.

Packs a big punch in a small package

Have had the Arcadia for a couple of weeks now and am loving it. I didn't have a great way to do triceps, flyes, or rows with my current setup, and this allows me to do all that and more. The box upon shipping was 800 LBS and I have a bit of a steep driveway so we couldn't pull it all the way up with the mini forklift. Thankfully, we opened the box halfway up and unloaded half the weight into the garage and were able to make it the rest of the way. This thing is super solid and was really easy to put together. Got some additional REP accessories and I'm good to go. Then to wrap things up, I put the huge empty wooden shipping crate on OfferUp for free and billed it as an outdoor planter, and someone came by within a week to take it off my hands. Highly recommended.

Great product for small spaces

There are a lot of options out there these days but Rep has a reputation and for good reason. The product is solid, priced in the range of competitors, and high quality. Assembly was far easier than many influencers or online reviewers would lead you to believe.

Customer service is responsive and top knotch. The delivery service could use some lessons in human decency but that is not within REP's control. The reason for 4 stars is that i believe the product could be better. It is not perfect, but no product made for low ceilings in the same field is. they all have sacrifices. This one particularly is that the cable exit points do not go low enough for exercises like belt squats, RDL's, or any other deep hings movement without using a platform which is hard if you have a low ceiling (likely because you bought this machine). It is a tradeoff i knew i would have and I will still buy this again hands down.

The build quality is awesome.

Much more like a commercial gym piece of equipment than for home use. The cable action is quiet, changing weight levels is extremely easy, the included accessories are really high quality and so are the additional items I bought including a bench. The only thing keeping this from a perfect rating is that it needs to be taller. I'm 6'0" and it is a little short for me while doing some pull down exercises. Otherwise, it's amazing.

Very nice and smooth

The piece went together by myself in about 4 hours. I don’t recommend doing this by yourself but I did what I had to do. I certainly don’t think most people can get it together that quickly either. The machine is very smooth and very enjoyable. I got the upgraded weight stack which is a must if you’ve been lifting at all for any length of time. The only complaint I have is that the magnets in the pins fell out almost immediately and are of no use. Overall a very solid build and I would definitely recommend. It feels as good or better than any commercial trainers I’ve used and only time will tell if it holds up just as well.

Arcadia Functional Trainer - 8 Month Review

I've had our Arcadia functional trainer for 8 months, and am very happy with it.

I'll go through a few things and then summarize at the end.

Shipping: The Arcadia was well packaged overall for shipping, but I still ended up with a rub mark on my right upgright. The shipping process was uneventful.

Assembly: The assembly process was not as hard as I expected it to be. I followed the paper instructions that came with it, and we took our time. A second set of hands is definitely helpful. It took about 6 hours total, that included doing inventory of everything before starting and a break for lunch. I was impressed with how well everything fit together - so often holes are off a little when you assemble something, but the Arcadia fit together basically perfectly.

Quality - the Arcadia is very well built, in my opinion. The guides for the pulley adjustments have the numbers laser cut into the stainless - not only looks sharp, but will last. The gym where my wife is a member has three of them, so that says a lot about the quality as well.

Summary - The Arcadia was a great purchase, is well made, and has opened up a ton of possibilities in my workouts. I lave having it in my home gym!

Arcadia Functional Trainer - WOW

As I have been building my home gym over the years the one piece of equipment I was really missing was the ability to do cable flys and other exercises using a weight stack and cables. I have a low ceiling in the basement and limited room so the Arcadia really delivered! The ability to invert the pull down bar for celing clearance is perfect and now I can work on dead hangs and pull ups. The weights are more than enough for my daily use and so smooth when using. I can’t say enough of this quality functional trainer. great add to my home gym. Thanks REP!
