Warranty
All products sold by Northern Fitness covered under warranty are protected by the warranty listed on each individual product page at the time of purchase.
Each product is warranted by the original manufacturer, who is responsible for facilitating any requests for service or care.
In the event of any difficulty or inability to contact the manufacturer, please reach out to us for assistance.
If upon receipt there is evidence of cosmetic defects in materials and workmanship of a product (providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care), we ask all customers to bring this to the attention of Northern Fitness staff within 1-month of receipt.
Only the original purchaser may claim the product warranty, which will otherwise be void in the event of resale.
