Very poor service

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

The pickup order I placed took far too long, and I was unable to reach customer service despite multiple attempts. I’m still waiting for my order to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Complete waste of time. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Well balanced, the bearing...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Well balanced, the bearing is great, slight ribbing on the barbell ends holds plates well
Using for off balanced lifts is really nice with little to no shaking, these are very machined with excellent tolerences.

Functional and long

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

They do the trick. Just longer that I thought at about 20 inches. They could shorten the width of the handle. Also I wish they gave you different collars instead of the springs. They stick out too much.

Love these dumbbells!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Bought these at 50% off. Can't match that price anywhere. Love the space saving (and lower cost) of having these dumbbells. I don't have the space for a full dumbbell set and the price for these are easier on my budget than buying the adjustable dumbbell sets. They threw in a set of clamps with the purchase at the Etobicoke showroom. These guys are awesome.

Fantastic, no need to buy anymore unadjustable DB’s. Needed them for some heavier lifting.
