My bench came days before the expected delivery, which was a great surprise. They also did keep me up to date with the delivery notice.

The product was delayed, I was never notified and when I reached out to follow up after the due date had passed I had to send 3 emails to get a reply. They explained why it was delayed and offered home shipping. Another two weeks have passed and I tried calling customer service, left a message that was not returned, emailed a couple times again without answer. I finally get a shipping tracker but not to me, to the original warehouse I was supposed to pick up from and I had to call the sales line to get a hold of someone, who said they accidentally selected the warehouse address instead of mine, and it’s being delivered there. They promised to have it reshipped to me as soon as it got delivered and it has been a day after that and no new shipping number confirming it was reshipped. After almost a month I still don’t have my item, and no idea of when I will receive it without having to chase them around. No apologies. Terrible customer service.

Some pieces don’t fit together easily. The instructions are useless. Seems okay for the money when it’s on sale…

Excellent for the price....

Excellent for the price. The assembly instructions are a bit challenging to follow, but not too bad. Solid and good for beginners like myself. I also like the attachments, but wish there was a way to store them neatly.

Great solid sturdy bench. Coming from an Amazon bench is night and day difference. Very easy to build and all the parts came nice and protected. Only issue one might have is if you have a mid foot placement on presses as the front legs can get in the way. Not a problem for me but worth mentioning. Overall highly recommend for the price the leg extension and preacher curl are a nice bonus

Great quality and very sturdy. The only downside, I would say, would be that there are limited attachments available and the leg extension is not a good fit for myself or my husband. He's almost 6ft and I'm only 5.4 and it doesn't quite fit right for either of us. I think probably just a lack of adjustable capabilities. The preacher curl is too tall for me even at the lowest setting, it needs one or 2 extra holes for height adjustment. I have to sit on a pillow to give me extra height or I have to stand and lean forward, which feels a bit awkward. Aside from these issues. the equipment is very nice quality.

Great Bench for the Price

Love the preacher curl attachment and value for money. Seat is a bit wobbly and the adjustments are a bit off alignment but these are nitpicks, still love it and use it near daily.

Great value and good bench

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I'm just under 6 2 and 220 lbs this is a great bench for the value the one thing I would note is the assembly instructions are not very good but you can figure out assembly regardless. Overall the several angles offered with this bench is exactly what I wanted

Great bench for light personal use

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Ordering and picking up is always easy. Assembly however was an issue. One of the nuts is welded slightly off centre to the square metal tube and the bolt can't be threaded onto it. Once built it is very solid and works well for what I am using it for.

I love the bench - am using it every workout. Was just missing a bolt and the 2" tube doesn't seem to fit all my plates which is weird because all my plates fit my bar.
