Ce kit compact remplace 16 paires d’haltères traditionnels, ce qui permet de gagner de l’espace et d’éviter l’encombrement, tout en offrant un poids total pouvant atteindre 825 lb par main. Conçu pour une utilisation à domicile, ce kit est entièrement extensible jusqu’à un poids maximal de 90 lb par main, offrant la polyvalence et la durabilité nécessaires pour progresser dans votre parcours sportif. Que vous soyez débutant ou athlète expérimenté, le PowerBlock EXP est votre solution tout-en-un pour une expérience complète d’entraînement en force directement chez vous.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES

Piles de poids : Construction soudée en acier massif
Poignées : La conception ouverte de la poignée permet une plus grande amplitude de mouvement. Poignée confortable en caoutchouc profilé.
Glissières latérales : Les bandes sur les glissières latérales indiquent le poids de l’haltère sélectionné à l’aide de la goupille. La goupille recouvre la bande/glissière sélectionnée pour indiquer facilement le poids.
Verrouillage automatique : Les modèles EXP disposent d’un « verrouillage automatique » permettant d’effectuer des micro-ajustements en réduisant le poids de la poignée de 2,5 ou 5 lb. Les deux poids de 2,5 lb situés à l’intérieur des tubes à la base de la poignée peuvent être retirés en tirant sur le levier. Inclinez la poignée vers l’arrière afin que les poids intérieurs ne tombent pas, puis penchez-la progressivement vers l’avant pour les retirer. Refermez manuellement le levier ou insérez la poignée dans la pile de poids pour qu’elle se referme automatiquement.
Goupille de sélection : Simple et efficace. Insérez la goupille magnétique en polypropylène dans l’encoche pour sélectionner le poids souhaité. La goupille a une capacité de charge maximale de 500 lb.

Excellent dumbbells for heavier lifter who wants to save space and budget.

These are excellent dumbbells. I'm very happy with them.

Pros:
- You can quickly adjust the weight.
- For an adjustable weight, it's compact and doesn't need a cradle like some of the "dial a weight" dumbbells.
- Well build (you would have trouble breaking these).
- They can be excellently priced when you catch a good sale.

Cons:
- Some minor noise when moving the dumbbells. It's not annoying at all, it's just there.
- The dumbbells are slightly wider than conventional dumbbells because they need to be able to stack and pull apart.
- I have large hands (XL gloves) and my knuckles sometimes brush up against the tubes that hold the 2.5 lb weights (just under the handles). I was concerned this would become annoying, but it hasn't really bothered me.
