Monte-escalier Pro Classic

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I just received my STEPR Pro+ 2 days ago, and finished putting it together yesterday. So, I haven’t had to opportunity to really use it and figure out everything just yet. Once, I do I will give my honest review. Product packaging was definitely an A+.

Software updat malfunction

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

Was enjoying the unit until STEPR tried to do a software update. The update does not work and the STEPR is not usable until the company gets the update glitch fixed. Company expects a fix this week or next.

Only had the product about 1 month. Seems to be very good except for this SW problem. Would give it a 5 except for that.

Love it

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Overall the Stepr Pro is without doubt my most used gym equipment. We feel rejuvenated after using it. My only issue is that at the conclusion of all the workouts I get error code. I have tried troubleshooting but still unable to resolve the issue. I have attached a photo. If you can help resolve we would appreciate it.

Love it.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Unfortunately I seriously injured my foot last year which permanently ended my lifelong love of running. So I needed a piece of equipment that provided a more vigorous workout than simply walking on a treadmill. The Stepr has filled the gap in my workouts perfectly. My spouse and I love this machine. And we’ve used it everyday since we got it. Couldn’t be happier.

Great device

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I've had this device for a few weeks now and love it. We use it almost every day. It's an excellent workout, better than elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, or bike for getting heart rate up. It did take a while to ship to my house, around a month or so and there are no updates. I tried emailing the company but they never responded and I just got a text from an unknown number that something was being delivered. The communication is definitely not good. For a machine as heavy as it is, it wasn't too difficult to get it into the house. It is a 2 person or more job, but there are wheels so it slides along pretty well. The machine feels sturdy and the speed settings are varied, I haven't needed to go anywhere near the max speed. I think it's an excellent device for anybody who realizes how great stairmasters are without paying for an industrial grade one. I got the version without the large touchscreen, and I'm glad I did as online other people indicate that it is error prone. The machine's other functions work well, it charges my phone and it reads my heart rate monitor using bluetooth to display my heart rate right on the monitor. I can't comment on any of the classes or entertainment options as I just titrate speed based on heart rate.

So many steps!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

All I do now is step and sweat. My chubby little cookie pouch of a tummy doesn’t stand a sweaty little chance. My legs end barking like a junkyard dog from my tippy toes to my glutes. Plus I’m a step parent, so this is a very fitting machine(badum-tsst), as I cannot always leave my home for my cardio. Don’t just buy one, invest in yourself. I love you.

A must have in our studio

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

We recently purchased the Stepr Classic Pro for our gym and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we connected with the sales team to the day it was delivered, everything was seamless, professional, and right on schedule.

Assembly was straightforward—definitely time involved (about 3 hours start to finish), but the instructions were clear and manageable. Once we got it up and running, the feedback from our clients was immediate and overwhelmingly positive.

It’s become a fast favorite in the studio—not only does it perform great, but it also looks amazing. Honestly, I might have to start using it myself. Highly recommend!

Seems expensive but it’s so worth it

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I know the price seems steep but after receiving the piece of equipment… It’s evident that you get what you pay for. This thing is without a doubt commercial quality and would recommend to anyone that’s wanting to add this to their home gym. I’m 6’ and have ≈ 8’ ceilings in our home gym and it works perfectly for me, all while, the 7” step is the perfect height for my wife who is 5’. The STEPR PRO has been a great addition to adding some low impact cardio at the house.

Great addition to the home gym

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I bought the STEPR Pro Classic to be able to have a solid cardio workout without leaving the house.
It has filled that need perfectly! I’ve had it assembled for a little over 3 weeks now and have used it for roughly 5 hours total so far and it’s awesome. I like the size of the unit and actually much prefer the step depth size compared to the ones I’ve used at commercial gyms. It has a wide range of speeds too, so you will be able to dial in the exact pace you want. I have 8ft ceilings in my home gym area and this fits with me on it (I’m 6’0”). I am extremely satisfied and absolutely recommend STEPR.

Worth Every Penny

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I ordered the STEPR Pro and was impressed by how fast it arrived—delivery was a breeze! Setup was surprisingly easy; I did it solo in about an hour with clear instructions, no frustration involved. The controls are super intuitive, so much so that my 7 and 9 year old kids figured them out in minutes (with me supervising, of course), which says a lot about how user-friendly it is. The build quality feels top-notch—solid and sturdy, no wobbles even with daily use. It’s also quieter than most other stair steppers I’ve tried, so it's not disruptive at all. I really appreciate the safety features, like the low step-up height and smooth operation, which make it safe for my kids to hop on for a quick climb. This machine’s a win for the whole family and worth every penny!
