The 15kg Alpine™ weightlifting bar is REP's premium Olympic weightlifting barbell with a 25mm shaft, designed in compliance with the International Weightlifting Federation’s specifications for female lifters. This bar features a hybrid needle-bearing sleeve construction and utilizes both special inner-race bearings and standard needle bearings that provide a smoother and more consistent rotation.

 25MM DIAMETER SHAFT: The 15kg Alpine™ bar has a smaller, 25mm diameter shaft, in compliance with the International Weightlifting Federation’s specifications for female lifters.
 HYBRID NEEDLE-BEARING SLEEVES: This bar features a hybrid needle-bearing sleeve construction and utilizes both special inner-race bearings and standard needle bearings that provide a smoother and more consistent rotation.
MEDIUM-DEPTH KNURL: The medium-depth, volcano-style knurling provides a solid grip during lifts, but not so much that it will tear up your hands during high-volume training.
 IWF KNURL MARKINGS: International Weightlifting Federation standard knurl markings help you determine even hand placement on the barbell.
RIBBED SLEEVES: Ribbed sleeves help keep plates stable and secure during explosive Olympic lifts.
HIGH-END TOUCHES: This is a premium barbell with high-end details, like laser etchings of the barbell name and weight; a tribute to Colorado, where REP was founded, on the inside of the sleeves; and metal endcaps featuring unique designs.
