The wall-mounted Athena® side-mount functional trainer is a compact cable attachment designed for the 5000 Series wall-mount rack. It delivers the versatility of a functional trainer and power rack in one, without taking up the space of stand-alone units. With a 2:1 pulley ratio, each 170lb stack (upgradeable to 220lbs) provides smooth, consistent resistance. Hot-rolled steel plates, a magnetic pin, and integrated band pegs let you easily adjust weight or add resistance up to 540lbs.

The patent-pending trolley adjusts to any height, with plastic liners for rack protection, a knurled handle, and an oversized pop-pin for one-handed use. The aluminum pulleys swivel 180° for natural movement inside or outside the rack. Each unit includes a urethane D-handle and is compatible with a wide range of cable attachments.

• PATENT-PENDING DESIGN: The light and smooth trolleys with a knurled handle and oversized pop-pin are easy to move with one hand, but strong enough to handle heavy weight. They're lined with a special plastic to protect your uprights.
• INTEGRATED BAND PEGS: The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands up to a max weight capacity of 540lbs.
• ATTACHMENT VERSATILITY: Includes a urethane D Handle attachment (one per unit) and is compatible with a wide assortment of cable attachments.
• QUALITY PULLEYS AND CABLES: This attachment features high-quality cables made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core and strong aluminum pulleys. The front pulleys have a 180-degree swivel for versatility working outside the rack.
• HEAVY WEIGHT STACKS: The 170lb weight stacks are made from hot-rolled steel and operate at a 2:1 ratio (20lbs feels like 10lbs), ideal for functional training. The stacks can be upgraded to 220lbs.
