Description

The REP® Nighthawk™ Adjustable Bench builds on the AB-4100 with upgraded stability, compact design, and smart adjustability, ideal for home gyms and light commercial use. A wider rear foot and full-contact front foot deliver unmatched stability without added bulk, while the CleanGrip™ pad provides firm, grippy support. Smooth ladder adjustments and a lightweight frame (88 lbs) make it easy to move without sacrificing strength. It’s also future-ready, with compatibility for upcoming attachments like leg rollers and leg curl extensions.

Features

Versatile Adjustments: It has seven back positions (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85 degrees) and four seat positions (-15, 0, 10, 20 degrees) for versatile training.
Durability: Constructed from 7- and 14-gauge steel, the frame is engineered to deliver exceptional durability and stability while maintaining a lightweight and compact design. Its tripod design, featuring a wide rear base and sturdy front foot with a full-contact liner, ensures rock-solid stability on any floor surface.
IPF Compliant: With a 16.7” height, this bench complies with International Powerlifting Federation standards, so you can train how you'll be lifting in competitions. This height also allows for a flat-foot leg drive for shorter lifters.
Vertical Storage: A built-in upright storage post with rubber coating protects the pads and ensures stability when stored vertically, saving space.
Sleek Design: Knurled handles, black nickel finish, low-profile hardware, and wheel covers elevate both aesthetics and usability.
Color Options: The bench is available in multiple colors, each paired with metallic black ladders for a modern, cohesive look. The matte black option features a matching matte black ladder for a sleek, uniform aesthetic.

Very good quality. I've compared it to the rogue benches I've used and it's right on par. the knurl on the handles is awesome. Army green color looks good. Very solid and well built. assembly only took a few minutes.

Well made, great attention to details, assembly was easy. Only negative is I wished they had more attachment for the bench.

Upgraded from the flimsy bench I got when I first started building out my home gym, researched a bunch of options, and the Nighthawk is now a core piece of my REP setup. Incredibly solid, looks great, arrived quickly. and very easy to put together.

Very rugged, but a little too tall.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

This bench is solid, and high quality, with nice adjustement levels. Only complaint is that the bench is a few inches too tall. When in the incline position, my feet are barely touching the floor as a 5' 10" man. My 5' 8" son can only get his toes on the floor when utilizing the incline positions.

Matt Black finish is beautiful & fantastic packaging for shipping

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Shipping to BC rural location, as expected box was trashed, but it was packed incredibly well and product was perfect. Quick and easy to assemble in 30 to 45 min. Matt Black finish is beautiful, Batman style 😉. Once assembled I was surprised at how light and easy it was to move around and stand up. Once down, it is very solid and balanced. The only movement is the padded seat part within the rails, just that little rattle, but the bench itself isn't going anywhere. The padded seat is consistently firm right to the edges, which can often be an issue for me with other benches I've tried. I like to use my bench for lots of workouts, so having the pad not give way at the edges and support my hand or knee is important. I love the knurled handles for adjusting height, great grip and also look very cool as well with the matt black finish.

Watched a lot of reviews and I can see why this is ranked as the best bench that rep makes. The tiny space where there is a gap has not been noticed. Save yourself the money and get this instead of the big brother.

Nighthawk bench seems about perfect

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

A proper weight bench is a lifetime purchase, and reviewing it before you get a few years on it seems premature.

The shipping and packaging protected the bench better than any packaging I have seen in the last few years. I would call it 'overkill', but you could literally have 'drop shipped' this package without anything damage to the product.

As far as fit and finish, it's as good as I can see, and my career was in physical inspection of manufactured good. I have a sharp eye for detail, and there are not even minor flaws in the bench I received. Perfect machining, perfect knurling, perfect stitching....all of it. I would say this is fine furniture grade construction, in a weight bench.

How will it hold up to years of sweat, scooting, and weight? We will see, but I certainly believe it has all the correct elements to outlive me and end up being inherited by at least one more generation.

No Complaints

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I’m extremely pleased with the quality and ease of set up. It’s also a beautiful piece of workout equipment, I went with the matte black and have no regrets. The Nighthawk fits perfect in my small space and I often move it around and store it vertically with ease. I would definitely buy again.

Great bench

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Great bench, sturdy and well built. My only critique has nothing to do with the bench, but cost of attachments. The roller 2.0, which I was planning to buy, is almost half the cost of the bench itself. Hopefully, the attachments come down in price as this was one of the reasons I bought the bench. Aside from that, great bench!
