Don’t buy from them

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

Order somewhere else, if you have an issue the customer service number goes straight to voicemail. I just need a handle replacement because it was defective and no response or estimated time to receive a call or email back. Save yourself the headache

No comparison

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I previously owned the Bowflex and had to repair plastic components twice with superglue. On top of that, the plates would occasionally fall off mid-set, which felt unsafe. The Nuo set is a huge upgrade—extremely solid, secure, and made with real plates. There’s no comparison. Absolutely worth the investment.

Prime Jewel of Any Home Gym

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I was capped at 30lb dumbbells. Had to get either a complete set or the nuobells. Obviously I went all out with the 580s and although they are insanely expensive I have no regrets and no buyer’s remorse. These are the prime jewel of my home gym setup. Respect them, don’t toss ‘em around, don’t drop ‘em. They are absolutely beautiful and practical. I can’t recommend them enough. And yes, they deserve a pedestal, get the rack.

So easy to use

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I love how easy they are to use! I can switch up the weight so fast in between reps. 1 con I do not like, is that they are hard to hold 1 weight with 2 hands. Sometimes when you whip it around your head in halo type movement.

Love my purchase

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Small shed gym owner here. Dumbbells were the last problem I had to solve as I didn't want to invest the money and space in a rack of fixed dumbbells, and there were a lot of options around adjustables.

The ergonomics of the Nuobells are good. I liked the extra durability of other brands, but felt some of the bracing was going to get in the way. I think the only mark against the Nuobells is durability (based on reviews I've read/watched) -- if your intention is to drop them, you'll be unhappy. The manufacturers are upfront about this being a limitation of their design.

Weight selection is smooth, knurling feels right and I'm happy with my purchase. I had considered the newer models that go to 100 lbs, but I'm getting good mileage of these ones that max out at 80 lbs.
