Terms and Conditions for Commercial Sales
1. Final Sale Policy
All commercial equipment sales are final. Due to the custom and special-order nature of commercial fitness equipment, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed.
2. Ownership and Title
All equipment remains the property of Northern Fitness until payment is received in full. Title to the equipment will transfer to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
3. Payment Terms
All equipment must be paid in full prior to order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment terms, if offered, must be documented and agreed to by both parties in advance of the order being processed.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the availability of equipment and shipping conditions.
Northern Fitness is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Installation services, if required, must be pre-arranged and will be billed separately.
5. Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Northern Fitness does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
6. Damage or Loss
Equipment must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Once equipment is delivered and signed for, Northern Fitness is no longer liable for damage or loss.
7. Liability
Northern Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the equipment, including but not limited to loss of profits or interruption of business.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Northern Fitness, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
