AL-3018 Multi-Functional Bench

Attachments are great; unfortunately, Altas does not provide a Pec Fly attachment for it like Powertech and Power Plus Fitness do (however hitch hole is compatible - 1.81 inches). Also, the bottom seat is too soft and doesn’t feel stable enough compared to other options on the market. In my opinion, the bench should decline a bit more for more complex 'decline sit-ups.' Overall, it is a great bench, but I would recommend going with other options from Powertech, Rogue Fitness, or the mighty Freak Athlete (if you have enough Trudeau's in your bank account).

I love my bench,,,solid and well put together

A well thought out bench that has a solid base,,not too heavy or awkward to move around ,, gently curved rubber soft padding (not too soft),,that helps you keep your position while doing a movement,,the decline is not too sharp,,everything connects easily and,,highly adjustable,,it top to bottom height is great for taller people ,,especially for leg extensions:)

This whole package was great…!!!! Everything went together quite easily…. Attachement’s work like a charm..!!!! I’m very happy with this bench and would Highly recommend Northern Fitness to anyone..!!!
