Needs bigger pads

It’s a well built piece of equipment. But it ain’t perfect. The knee pads could be larger for a greater arch. Small pads almost feel like a Nordic curls. Pads are also too close together when doing back extensions, very uncomfortable for men. There was also missing hardware when putting it together. But with that said, for the price it makes a good home gym piece.

Sturdy machine lacking proper adjustment

Well built and sturdy. Does not offer positioning for proper GHD function. I am 5ft 10-1/2" but the shortest setting does not adjust enough to do the Glute Ham Raise, the main reason I purchased a GHD machine. I will be making an adapter plate to hopefully get more adjustment...bringing the rounded knee support section closer to the foot support plate.

Good Value

I thought the pads might be too small but they're good. Pretty stable and about $300 cheaper than any other option. It would be nice if the kickplate extended a bit further towards the ground but it's still good.

Quality at a fair price

I would compare this to Rogues GH-1. You do get many more creature conforts with Rogues model. However, In terms of build quality and functionality, both do the same thing essentially and the build quality is comparable to Rouges offerings IMHO. For half the price, you get alot out of thus thing.
