Weight Vest

The vest isn't cheap but it seems very well made. I have never owned a weighted vest so I can't say it's better or worse than another, but I don't really see what I would want to change with this one. I bought the weight plates off Amazon, which did save cash from buying the name brand steel. I bought a set of 17 and a set of 27 pound plates and they all fit fine in the vest at the same time, giving me a 44 lbs vest. Which is plenty for me. People do look at you like you are a bit of a lunatic when you are wearing it, but that's to be expected...
