The Yesoul M1 Indoor cycling bikes come with a belt-drive system and advanced magnetic resistance so you'll be able to easily control the intensity of your workout. There is virtually no noise when riding, so no need to worry about disturbing others when it comes to working out.

Good bike

Solid and quiet, the bike works with different apps and makes it interesting. The parts are pretty standardized so you can swap out pedals or seats pretty easily. Good quality for its price.

I still can't believe how quiet the wheel is! I have use many different model at different gym and NONE of them where that quiet!

Review of S3 Spin Bike for Recreational Use

It is a quiet and smooth ride. It is nice to see how many watts I can do too and clearly I am not destined to be a TDF cyclist. That is okay. I am caregiving for my mom and riding indoors allows me to get in the workouts while being at home.
