    I like the variety of a new attachment

    Great for seated rows or pull downs, but the picture is not the same as what I received. The one I got doesn't have the rubber sides which would have been nice so I don't tear up my hands on the metal ridges which are quite rough. I kept it anyway as in every other way it's what I ordered.
