 The PowerBlock Sport 24 Adjustable Dumbbells replace 8 pairs of dumbbells. These weights are extremely easy to use, with selector pins that let you change weights easily, similar to gym exercise machines. Weights range from 3-24 lbs. (1.36 - 10.8 kg) in 3 lbs increments. The handles have a padded handle for wrist protection. It's a great space saver; more compact and balanced than traditional dumbbells.

  • Increments: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 lbs. per hand
  • Dimensions: 10" L x 5.5" W x 5.5" H (25.4 x 13.97 x 13.97 cm)

Perfect.

I bought these for my wife and the small incremental changes in weight is exactly what she wanted.

I’ve had my original Powerblocks for over 20 years and they still serve me well.

I really love these! They’re more comfortable to use than i thought and save a lot of space. Will definitely upgrade to the higher quality power blocks when I’m stronger. The only con is the pin used to select the weight is plastic versus the rest is steel. Sometimes when selecting it feels like it could break so I’m very careful.
