The 16kg (about 35.3lb) kettlebell can be adjusted to 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16kg. The 24kg (about 53lb) kettlebell can weigh 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24kg. The 40lb kettlebell spans 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40lbs. It’s quick and easy to adjust your weight – the fastest and most convenient adjustment on the market. Simply push down and twist to add or remove weight.
