Ruck Plate Compatibility

The Rucker® has been purpose-built for weighted PT and to be the best rucking backpack ever built. It has an elevated Ruck Plate® pocket that will securely fit a 10-pound, 20-pound, 30-pound, or 45-pound (long) Ruck Plate.

Note: 45-pound Ruck Plates only strap in securely to the 25L Rucker 4.0.

I LOVE my new Rucksack!!

Comfy and sleek!

I bought 25# and 15# from Amazon and they both fit.

Two weeks in and at 30# now for 8km rucks.

Also use small weight plates to increase weight slowly.

100% recommend and worth the investment.

Great Rucker

Perfect fit, comfortable and sturdy. My short and long rucks are significantly more enjoyable, used you tube instructions for best fit and its perfect. I debated about a year before ordering this (was using my plates in an old backpack). Had I known how great this was I would have ordered sooner.
