The WaterRower M1 HiRise is a full commercial model with a slightly higher entry point (20"/50.8 cm) than the M1 LoRise (12"/30.48 cm). The frame is constructed from powder-coated aluminum.

WaterRower M Series is comprised of commercial-grade steel rowing machines including the “M1”. M Series models are crafted from tubular steel.

The WaterRower has been designed to simulate the smooth, flowing nature of a boat gliding through the water. A truly self-regulating exercise, rowing is ideal for any user, from Olympic athletes to those looking for a fulfilling personal workout; the WaterRower is suitable for any age, gender or level of fitness.

Great rower

The price was really good for a rower, especially when you see now water rower costing more. I have a bad knee so I bought it for the low impact on joints. I used to row a lot but the water rower compared tot he fan is way quitter and smother.

Great home workout option

This rower replaces one I had for years but let go of during a move. I rowed in high school and enjoy concept 2 machines, but prefer a water rower for home use as it’s quieter, fits my small space better, looks more furniture-like, and the gentle whooshing water helps me get into the flow. Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, while this one is new, the one it replaced I used for 4 year several times a week and it held up really well.

Perfect, compact fitness equipment

I love how little space it takes — when in use and not in use — and I love how quiet it is. Zero impact makes it better for joints than a treadmill or running outdoors.

Excellent rower! Smooth motion and quiet

Really pleased with this rower. It was easy to setup, looks great, and works exactly like it should.

It seems like in 2024 the bluetooth connectivity would be built into every machine, though.
