The PowerBlock Commercial Pro 100 EXP Adjustable Dumbbell is the perfect addition to any commercial gym or home workout space. With a maximum weight of 100 pounds per hand, you'll have the versatility to adjust your weight to meet any strength training challenge.

The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP can be converted into an adjustable kettlebell using the Pro 100 Series Kettlebell Handle. Coming soon, the EZ Curl Bar and Straight Bar attachments will be available for even more versatility.

These 100 pound adjustable dumbbells are the only adjustable dumbbells trusted in training facilities of pro teams across all leagues and in NCAA training facilities.

The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP adjustable dumbbell set starts with stage 1 at 40 pounds with the option to add 3 additional expansion kits to get to 60, 80, or 100 pounds. Scale up or down as needed to customize your workouts.

Awkward shape for some exercise, great otherwise!

Pros:

- Seem sturdy

- Lots of weight increments

- Size adapts to weight

- Shipping came fast

Cons:

- Awkward/ dangerous for skull crushers (no real grip when holding both dumbbells together)

- Awkward for two hands triceps pullover / other two hands pullover. (No space in the case to fit both hands and get the right pull angle. You can flip the dumbbell and hold it by the two circular columns, but I get scared of breaking em as I didn't see any official "do or don't" with.

- No 2.5, 12.5, 22.5, 32.5, 42.5 and so on. Some lifting increments may be harder, but not the end of the world.

All in all, probably should've tried the newer Snode ad80 before purchasing this, but time will tell of I made the right decision !

Love them I use them all the time and they work great. Over a year of use so far and no damage or breakage. Obviously you don’t throw them around or drop them cause that would cause damage but they are great quality ! Definitely recommend over bow flex or other products.

Great set of dumbbells

Used in my home gym, these dumbbells are amazing. Great construction, great materials, feel like “professional” equipment in your hands. Highly recommend, Northern Fitness great service great company, have many more items to get from them in my list !

Love my PowerBlocks

Super practical dumbbells for my home gym. Sturdy, easy to use, very fast to switch weights. Pricey to expand all the way to 90 lb each, but now that they're mine, it's a solved problem. I'd get them again.
