The bench is ok. It was a risky purchase given the nonexistent reviews. The only youtube videos that exist are from Altas. It came poorly packaged and had a fair amount of cosmetic damage which was disappointing. It is sturdy with decent vinyl and tight tolerances, but most likely just a rung better than anything you'd get on Amazon. Given the amount of attachments it's a good deal if it's around $450 or less.

Solid bench with leg curl/extension

I’ve been researching new benches for about a year and decided on the Atlas bench—so far, it has not disappointed! It’s solid, made with quality materials, and the best part is that it includes a leg extension/leg press. It’s perfect for my needs. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. Excellent price point for such a high-quality bench. Very impressed!

Sturdy and elegant. Exactly as advertised. Easy to put together.

Part of the frame was bent enough that it did not fot together perfectly but was easy to bend it back with a mallet.

I’m really happy with the bench. Great quality and sturdy, it feels like a commercial gym bench. Attachments are adjustable and are sturdy as well.
Packaging was good, and it was fairly easy to assemble.
I strongly recommend this bench.

A very sturdy product, when you are on it there is no wobble and I feel completely comfortable using heavy weight on it.

What is great
- Bench height is really long, so I am not falling off when using it on flat or decline
- Build quality is really premium, nothing was scratched or dented, every part was perfect and beyond solid. This bench is extremely heavy which speaks to how solid it is.
- The range of attachments is amazing, if you are limit for space this is still great as it is extremely versatile.
- Super quick to adjust the different height levels for the seat and bench

What could be better (These are minor issues)
- The leg extension position is not adjustable, so while its better than no leg would equipment its not ideal as I am 6ft2 and I am lifting with my shins.
- The back of the bench has a very wide solid base but at the front its quite short, I was worries this would not be as stable. I have not found it to be an issue, as long as you use it correctly you will be fine. If this was just a bit wider it would have been great.

I am very happy with my purchase and if you are looking for a serious bench this is the one for you.
