DEX II Commercial Inversion & Core Training System

DESCRIPTION

Elevate core training at home or in the gym with the DEX II Commercial Inversion & Core Training System. Rated for commercial use to 350 lb, this forward-rotating machine supports from the hips in the bent-knee/bent-hip position, which focuses decompression on the lower back. Better than a roman chair or bench, this position is also ideal for back extension exercises because it prevents over-extension and neutralizes the hamstrings to isolate the core during strength work. This robust and versatile platform accommodates inverted stretches, core strength-building exercises, and use of the base for reverse dips, modified push-ups, and exercise band work. Now in sleek, flat-black finish.
