Nice Bench, horrible packaging!

Bench is really sturdy and priced great. The package arrived looking like a pack of Coyotes attacked it and it was even worse on the inside as it looked like they just thew loose pieces of material in it with zero protection for the bench. Despite the look of the shipping box, all items were in it and it's a good bench for the price.

Great solid bench. Seat pad is a little bit bigger than I'd like but I'm not exactly a big guy coming in at 5'8". So I have to push into the seat a bit with my legs at certain incline angles to keepy hips solid where the bench bends. Otherwise it seems like good quality materials, solid build and was definitely worth the money. Especially when I got it on sale around Christmas. Would recommend.

Would love to give a review on the actual bench but I didn’t get it. Ordered it 27 days ago and I’m getting the run around from Northern Fitness. Reached out multiple times and you get a generic, wait 3 to 5 day response. Trust me, they won’t get back to you. Once they ship it, you’re on your own. Called and left messages with no call backs. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it. I’m thinking they just stole my money.

The bench itself is as expected however when it arrived the packaging was severely dam. The cardboard box was full of holes and torn open, held together only by several wraps of hastily applied plastic wrap. When i cut through the plastic wrap the protective styrofoam packaging was completely broken and tossed loosely into the cardboard box not providing any protection to the bench whatsoever. There are several spots on the bench frame where the paint is rubbed through although it doesn’t affect the functionality. I was worried that the upholstery would also be damaged but it seems to be fine. I assembled the bench and its good so I kept it. The bench would get a 4 star rating but I deducted a star for the atrocious shipping condition and damage .
