Good for neck injury rehab

My physio suggested I buy the Alpha Pro Harness Plus, which I did, but being a petite woman with a head circumference of 21.5" it was too big. I purchased the Iron Neck 3.0 because it was much more adjustable and designed for rehab. It works well for most of the exercises he has prescribed, except for side neck stretches. It slips and I have to hold it straight with one hand. Making it tighter causes a headache on the right side of my forehead because I have a tight temporalis muscle due to an old jaw injury. Overall it's helping and I am progressing slowly. If you have neck problems this is worth buying.
