Excellent dumbbells for heavier lifter who wants to save space and budget.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

These are excellent dumbbells. I'm very happy with them.

Pros:
- You can quickly adjust the weight.
- For an adjustable weight, it's compact and doesn't need a cradle like some of the "dial a weight" dumbbells.
- Well build (you would have trouble breaking these).
- They can be excellently priced when you catch a good sale.

Cons:
- Some minor noise when moving the dumbbells. It's not annoying at all, it's just there.
- The dumbbells are slightly wider than conventional dumbbells because they need to be able to stack and pull apart.
- I have large hands (XL gloves) and my knuckles sometimes brush up against the tubes that hold the 2.5 lb weights (just under the handles). I was concerned this would become annoying, but it hasn't really bothered me.

Worth Every Penny: A Must-Have for Your Fitness Journey

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

After starting my fitness journey six months ago at age 44, I finally outgrew my 25lb weights and upgraded to the PowerBlock EXP Adjustable Dumbbells. It was the best investment I’ve made for myself. These weights are sleek, perfectly balanced, and incredibly quiet for my early morning home workouts. The fact that they are expandable beyond 50lbs makes them a true long-term solution for anyone serious about building their body. If you’re on the fence, take the plunge and invest in yourself—these are the ones to get. Huge shoutout to Northern Fitness as well; they provided an amazing experience from start to finish!

These dumbbells are worth the hype. First couple workouts I was super happy with the overall feel and handling. Sturdy and smooth to adjust.

While I have to admit, Northern fitness shipping time was questionable (took a month) the company has amazing customer service. If you aren’t in a rush, great spot to buy.
