These handles are AMAZING! I first became aware of these via a couple of internet fitness equipment testers and the raving reviews they gave. I finally decided to bite the $$ and purchase these a couple of months ago. I honestly wish that I had saved myself money by never buying the various other strap type handles. I have wasted about the same amount of money on various types (even bearing handle straps) as these cost me. Now I have several useless straps in my home gym because now that I have these TrakSport handles I will never go back to the straps.

These handles are so SMOOTH, rotate at the connection point, handles themselves spin effortlessly, and the handles tilt so easily that it has one take a good look at them when you first try them. These handles will engage all of the little stabilizer muscles in your forearms to keep them steady during cable movements and that is ideal. I use these for almost every cable exercise now.

I have personally tested these (both handles) with a 240lbs row (120lb per handle load) and I never had the slightest doubt these will hold up to my use perfectly.

I have seen that some people replace the actual rubber grip with either the expensive machined metal 3rd party grips or the cheapo 3D printed garbage 3rd party plastic grips. All I can wonder is why. These handles are amazing. As a middle aged lifter with some elbow issues, using these articulating handles to perform wrist extension and flexion exercises is amazing! The ability to move with you through various other movements is extremely useful and significantly better than standard D handles.

Pricey, so I was on the fence, but I really do love these. The ability to supinate and pronate with ease does take a bit of getting used to, but once you do, I'll never go back. The D-handles that came with my functional trainer will only collect dust now.

The TrakHandles Sport are the best and smoothest handles I've ever used, and I've used a ton of them.
They are super easy on the wrists and allow for easy adjustment between pronated and supinated hand positions and all angles between, when doing your cable exercises. Glad I purchased these. Northern Fitness packed them well and shipping was quick and accurate. 👍👍
