Build core and upper body strength with REP’s 1.25” Wood Gymnastic Rings. These rings are portable, lightweight, and easy to set up indoors or outdoors. Rings are available in two different strap lengths: 7.5' or 14' (measured from end to end). The straps feature 1.5” numbers so you can easily adjust the height for different exercises. Velcro retention loops keep the excess strap material organized and out of the way.

The Wood Gymnastic Rings are made from durable, natural Baltic birch wood, just like the rings used in fitness competitions. These rings have a 1.25” diameter, which is ideal for people with larger hands. This size is commonly seen in cross-training gyms. Rings also come in a 1.11” diameter, which is compliant with Olympic Federation specs and great for people with smaller hands. Rings are rated to handle 600lbs. These rings come with a one-year warranty.
