We have used the bike regularly for a month now. It's perfect for us! The high threshold of resistance is plenty even for two athletic people. I mean, we regularly only go up to 15 or 20 out of a potential 100 for a medium intensity ride. It's quieter than we anticipated - not distracting at all. Northern Fitness was very smooth to work with, plus it's great to support a Canadian company. Lastly, the build took us as 2 people less than an hour and it looks great.

The bike is amazing . Very sturdy and easy to use and ride and so easy to out together when you get it.
It is I would say just as good as other models costing 2-3x.

Pedals aren't great though, and it's not a light bike either. But I can live with both of those, since they're minor.

Used to use something similar for spin classes, now I have one in my own home. Works seamlessly with Zwift. Setting the tension can be finicky, but you get the hang of it pretty quick. Seat isnt the most comfy thing in the world but so long as you ease into using the bike you'll be okay. If you first buy it and think it's a good idea to do 3 days in a row >30min. Yes, your sit bones will hurt, just likely riding any bike a lot after not using it for a while. Personally, since I eased into it, I got use to the seat real quick and I regularly do +1hr rides. I take 1 star off for the guys at the Northern Fitness Warehouse making me put the bloody thing in my car myself, plus almost forgetting the mat I bought with it.

I'm very happy with the bike so far. It's a good value for the cost. I like that it is silent, sturdy, and connects with fitness apps. I did find the seat very stiff and uncomfortable, so I purchased the compatible 'extra comfort bike seat' from Bowflex Canada (It's the same company and they sell the same bike as the IC4).

After reading and watching numerous reviews, I picked the Bowflex C6 over a couple of others because I didn’t want to be committed to a costly subscription. I love that you can connect your phone or iPad and use third party apps, or even YouTube and get a kick ass workout. I’ve worked out hard for over 30 years (step classes/running) and needed to move to something that’s easier on my knees due to too many injuries… this bike doesn’t disappoint. I love it and wish I’d bought it sooner!

For everything a first timer wants, it satisfies.
I wanted bluetooth to link to heart monirot which comes with and to use programs like zwift.
It delivers for both.
The adjustments are great and using to change from person to person.
Also a very easy set up.
Very quiet bike. Was very happy with that.
