Description

The AB-5200 2.0 is a heavy-duty adjustable bench that lets you dial in your setup exactly how you want it. Choose a fixed post for flat and incline training with 10 back pad angles and four seat angles, or an adjustable post to unlock full flat-incline-decline functionality with three additional decline positions. You can also customize the look by mixing frame and guide rail colours, and choose between standard or wide pads made from extra-grippy CleanGrip™ material. The bench meets IPF height standards for strong leg drive and consistent positioning.

Built from 11-gauge steel, the AB-5200 2.0 is rated for 1,000 lbs and weighs 115 lbs, delivering commercial-grade stability without being hard to move. A knurled stainless-steel handle and vertical storage stand make it easy to reposition and store, taking up just 3.1 sq ft. Thoughtful details like closed ladders, rubber feet, and premium finishes round out a bench designed for serious lifters who want long-term durability and flexibility in their home gym.

Features

CUSTOMIZABLE: Select the color of your frame, guide rails in the accent color of your choice, fixed or adjustable decline post, and preferred width of our new CleanGrip™ pad.
FID BENCH: The AB-5200 2.0 now has a decline option (-4, -6, and -8 degrees) when you choose the adjustable post, which features a metallic black powder coat outer post and black chrome inner post.
VERTICAL STORAGE: Store the bench vertically, and take up only 3.1SQFT of space -- on its improved, metal stand with a protective, plastic liner.
MANEUVERABLE: A horizontal, knurled, stainless-steel handle makes the bench easy to move around your gym.
CLOSED LADDER DESIGN: The closed ladder design on both the seat and back pad keeps the ladder securely in place when adjusting the bench and when storing vertically.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: See high-end details throughout, such as a laser-cut REP logo on the front and back ladders; a protective liner on the front foot base; black hardware; stainless-steel handles; and a laser-cut mountain logo on the front ladder.

Great Bench

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Built like a tank. Best piece of equipment I’ve ever owned. Only thing I would change would be replace the bolts that attach the pad with Philips head instead of needing a hex key. Otherwise, can’t go wrong with this.

Best of the best

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Could not be more pleased with the AB-5200 and the complete experience from ordering, to assembling to using. First off, I received it much faster than expected. It came well packaged and in multiple boxes to make it easier to manage. The bench is mostly assembled but there are components to install using provided hardware and tools. The instructions were easy enough to follow and anyone who has assembled Ikea furniture will find this much easier. What's most impressive however is the product itself. It feels solid but remains functional and easy enough to move. I find it easy to adjust incline and move the bench as needed without any hassle. When lifting on it, I feel stable and grounded. It's by far the best bench I've ever used and I would not hesitate recommending it for any quality home gym setup.
