It's a very good neck harness at first I had a problem connecting the neck strap but then after playing around with it I figured out that you had to pull the harness down lower on your neck . The whole harness work great. I just finished a great. Thanks

Excellent Quality

I initially ordered the regular Iron Neck Harness but it talking to the Northern Fitness rep they indicated the “Plus” is more adjustable. They switched my order to ensure I received the “Plus”. Since my head is small, I needed the adjustability.

From a performance perspective, this is much better and more comfortable than others I’ve used in commercial gyms. I would highly recommend adding to your home gym if you want to strengthen your neck.

Neck Strength for Medical Issues

Great piece of equipment. I have TMJ and neck problems that cause headaches. With stretching, both have improved. I also think that there is a slight improvement in my posture. Wish I'd used it sooner.
