I love to go for a ruck. But, most bags or backpacks are not made for this (they pull back and down on your shoulders). The GORUCK Ruck Plate Carrier is designed for rucking and allows you to keep the plate secure and tight to your back. It's the most comfortable, durable, and adjustable ruck bag I have ever used. I also love throwing this bag on to do weighted push ups, squats, and pull-ups.

I already had a 45lb plate but was using it in a regular nap sack, which wasn’t ideal. This is much better and sits on the shoulders and back a lot more comfortably.
