purchased the step for my old guy arthritic knees rehab/exercising... as others have said--solid, well-constructed, generous size... additionally I would add that the red colour makes the step very visible if your vision is starting to dim a little. Northern is a reliable supplier of quality equipment.

I ordered 4 steps, came individually boxed. I was nervous as one of the boxes was really damaged. I was hesitant on leaving with the one step but the individual that was helping me was adamant that the step was ok good shape.
Upon boxing, I had 4 brand new steps with no damage. Good customer service and honest workers.

Like the surface size, but the risers do not snap in place securely so when I pick up the step to store it, I have the riders separate. Also not so easy to get them in place when trying to set it up
