Whether you’re outfitting a commercial gym or upgrading your performance space, the durable Fixed Handle Open Trap Bar is built to elevate your training. Its open-frame design unlocks a broader range of movements — including open trap bar deadlifts, lunges, carries, split squats, presses, squats, rows, and more — while balanced weight distribution reduces strain on the lumbar spine and reinforces proper mechanics.

Like any Trap Bar, the load is placed in line with your center of gravity, which supports a stronger, more natural pull that requires less technique compared to a conventional deadlift. Beyond the Open Trap Bar deadlift, the bar’s design unlocks a wide range of lifts, including carries, lunges, split squats, rows, presses, cambered bar squats, and more.

• Sleeve Options: The Compact option is 10 inches shorter — ideal for tight spaces. The Rackable option is designed to rack securely on a power rack.
• Handle Options: Two sizes depending on your needs – 28mm for a more typical barbell-like grip, or a 28mm & 38mm hybrid for added grip challenge. Handles are spaced 3 inches apart for pulling height variation.
• Deadlift Jack: The integrated deadlift jack makes it easier to add or remove plates without having to lift the Commercial OTB — with lined feet to keep your setup stable during adjustments.
• Knurling: Handles are finished in a volcano-style knurling, offering grip support without wrecking your hands.
• Engineered for Strength: 700lb weight capacity. Durability for thousands of reps.
