Ice Barrel made accessible in Canada!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I absolutely love this option for cold plunging! My husband and I considered making a cold plunge but after researching the cost of wood, materials and trying to source a big enough bucket of some kind that wouldn't leech nasty stuff into the water we came around to the Ice Barrel. We are SO happy with this purchase. I've been having cold showers for over a year and this was the next natural step. I've been using it daily for about 10 days now and it's awesome. Does require a LOT of ice to keep getting it to temperature even being April/May but I knew that going in and our phase 2 plan is to get a chiller to clean and control the water temp in the summer. Highly recommend the Ice Barrel and love that Northern Fitness ships for FREE in Canada! This is the place to buy it!
