    Worth it

    Bought the pro model. Really like it, it’s a great tool to have. I have used it in 3 workouts. The benefits from using this in my workouts were felt immeadiately. Wish I bought it sooner. That being said I do wish the that the foam padding across your forehead continued around the side of your head so you don’t have to worry about hard plastic being driven into your temple whenever you turn your head to the side. Also, I am not all that enthusiastic about the harness straps around your face. This method of attachment is difficult to attach in a secure manner, I need to stop and tighten it periodically, especially doing rotational movement.
