The Orion Multi-Grip Swiss Bar is a versatile training tool that offers a variety of neutral grip hand positions to reduce strain on the shoulders and upper extremities. Compatible with any Olympic plates, the Multi-Grip Swiss Bar can be used for a wide range of traditional barbell training exercises.

  • 50mm diameter ends
  • 6 x 28mm diameter handle positions with a smooth grip (no knurling)
  • Net weight: 45 lbs
  • Rated for 700 lbs
  • Compatible with any Olympic plates (2" diameter opening)
  • Distance between sleeves: 40 inches
  • Distance between inner handles: 9.5 inches, 15.5 inches, 29.5 inches


Please note: This barbell is compatible with Olympic Plates, however comes with specialized collars. This product is not compatible with Olympic Spring Barbell Collars.
