Good for what it is, you need a rack.

The unit itself if great. Everything fits well and it's design is good. You need a rack for this. I thought I'd use it for things like squats and presses but without a rack it's not very useful. Also, the weight is top heavy because of the stabilizer so it rotates to an upside down position unless you hold it very tightly, especially in rotational movement like arms curls.
