The WaterRower M1 LoRise is a full commercial model with a lower level entry point (12" / 30.5 cm) than the M1 HiRise (20" / 50.8 cm). The frame is constructed from powder-coated aluminum.

The WaterRower M Series is comprised of commercial-grade steel rowing machines including the "M1". It has been designed to simulate the smooth, flowing nature of a boat gliding through the water. My first exercise equipment

I've been using it for a couple of weeks no, very happy with my oak boat. Great exercise for all fitness levels, everyone in the family can row without changing anything on the equipment. It will never be in your way and yet always there when you need it. And the sound of water makes it exquisite.

Compact, well-constructed, easily assembled, and good-looking, this rowing machine has brought good health and high spirits to the whole family—well… except our dog, who finds the whooshing noise a bit worrying.
