Excellent design and construction, but I need (and later I also bought) the 25L for 45 lbs & heavier loads.

The tank bag

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I lost a lot of weight and kept on a good amount of muscle. This bag was the next step in keeping my long walks challenging and fitness efficient. The bag is a tank, I progressed up to 45 lbs for multiple hours multiple times a week and it doesnt seem to cause stress to the bag. The only obvious sign of use is the dirt it accumulates which isn't a design flaw, the straps are still pristine. Worth the money if you're serious about using it regularly.

Excellent bag!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I’m really enjoying using this pack. I’ve been using it 4 times a week with a 45lb weight. My regular walking feels so much easier now and my pace has increased. The bag is very comfortable and I’m sure it will last for several years. I see it as an investment in my long term health.

This backpack is awesome! I dont have any back pain while wearing it with weighted plates. It also rests comfortably on my shoulders.

Absolutely worth it!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

If you’re on the fence about spending the cash for this pack, do it!! I’ve been using a tactical vest for the past year and this pack is so much more comfortable. My daily weight is 30 lbs and every couple weeks I go out with 60lbs. After 5k, my traps aren’t screaming!!

Sweet Rucker!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I started Rucking a couple months ago, and my old backpack just wasn’t going to cut it anymore. I like to Ruck with anywhere from 25-60 lbs (depending on how far and long I’m going to go that day), and I decided I needed a Rucker that could not only accommodate the various weight plates, but didn’t kill my shoulders within the first couple miles. The GoRuck Rucker 4.0 20L is amazing, and although it’s taken a little while to “break in” the shoulder straps (they are pretty stiff when brand new), it’s made my Rucks become a super enjoyable experience. The price might be considered a little high, but in my opinion it’s completely worth the money.
